Here it is and I a sure I had great success with it.

110g whole wheat flour
2 tbs golden syrup
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
110g soft brown sugar
110g soft margarine

Put syrup in base of basin
Beat all remaining ingredients together for 2-3 minutes
Spoon over syrup
Cover with foil with a pleat to allow, for expansion
Steam for 1 1/2 hours

I am sure you could microwave this without the foil!

I make a normal sponge mixture, usually half a Victoria sponge size (1 egg) and I microwave it so it takes no time at all.
