I'm always looking for nice simple recipes and when I just looked in the kitchen recipes there are no desserts. Would be great if some could be posted.

Ace, I made these two in the space of an hour. The semi-freddo is brilliant as it can just sit in the freezer until needed and the cheesecake tastes better made the day before.
